Features and advantages

Fully automated design: The system has established the QuEChERS method standard pre-treatment process according to the national standard and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Users only need to place samples and test tubes, and the instrument automatically completes a series of operations such as shaking, vortexing, centrifugation, and pipetting.
Integrated automatic salting and ceramic homogenizer addition functions: The system can automatically and accurately add mixed salts, and the functions can be customized.
Compatible with shaking function: The shaking module shakes four test tubes at the same time, and the shaking speed and time are adjustable. The structure is compatible with 50ml/15ml test tubes.
Horizontal centrifuge module: The system integrates a 4-rotor horizontal centrifuge, which is also compatible with 50ml/15ml test tubes, and the centrifugation speed and time are adjustable.
Dual-channel vortex module: It has a dual-channel fast vortex function, each channel is independently driven, and the vortex time is adjustable.
High-precision pipetting robot arm: The instrument integrates a high-precision pipetting module with precise liquid level detection capabilities.
Automatic replacement of gun tips: The gun tips are replaced every time the pipetting is performed to avoid cross contamination.
Intelligent injection pump system: equipped with 8-way switching valves, fully covering the needs of routine experimental liquid addition, real-time pipeline liquid level monitoring, ensuring pipetting accuracy and instrument reliability.
Ice bath function: meets the testing requirements of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Multi-directional fault monitoring: During the operation of the instrument, the system monitors various fault conditions such as centrifugal weight mismatch fault, lid opening/closing fault, test tube handling fault, and lower ceramic homogenizer fault in real time, and promptly feedbacks to the user interaction interface.
Multi-terminal remote monitoring: optional camera monitoring function, the instrument is connected to the network, and the main interface of the instrument control software and the real-time image of the internal operation can be remotely monitored through the mobile phone and computer client.
