121℃ whole bottle, high temperature and high pressure sterilization
Application
MicroPette Plus pipettes can be fully autoclaved at 121°C, 1 atm for 20 minutes without special preparation. After sterilization, they must be left to cool and dry for more than 12 hours. It is recommended to check the performance of the pipette after each full autoclave. It is also recommended to re-lubricate the pipette piston and seal after every 10 autoclaves.
